Cookies and storage technologies
Cookie Policy
A readable inventory of the technical and functional tools used by variune.com. The current setup contains no analytics, advertising or profiling.
1. Cookies and storage technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by the browser at the request of a website or its infrastructure. Local storage can perform similar functions. Applicable rules concern reading or storing information on a device, not only files named “cookies”.
Technical tools transmit communications, provide requested functions, secure the service or remember privacy and language choices. Optional tools require an appropriate legal basis and, where required, prior consent.
2. Current setup
Variune installs no analytics, marketing, profiling or social media cookies. It embeds no external video, maps, social feeds or third-party font requests. Project links send data to their destination only when selected.
Browsing is therefore not conditional on consent and there is no “accept all” button: no optional categories are available. The language preference is functional and does not track behaviour.
3. Tool inventory
Security infrastructure may set other strictly necessary cookies only when specific technical checks or functions require them. The inventory is reviewed when the deployment changes.
4. Consent and notice
Strictly technical tools do not require consent. Variune's initial notice is therefore informational: closing it or continuing with necessary tools does not authorise analytics or marketing and does not change the configuration.
The acknowledgement is remembered for about six months. If optional tools are introduced in the future, they will remain disabled until a prior, specific and revocable choice is made.
5. Management and deletion
The preference centre can be reopened at any time. It shows necessary tools as active and analytics and marketing as unused.
The EN/IT control changes the language and replaces the functional cookie. Browser settings can delete cookies and site data. Blocking all storage may reset the language, show the notice again or trigger additional security checks, but does not prevent access to information.
6. Third parties and links
OpenAI hosts the website through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provides delivery and protection components. External project websites become responsible for their own storage technologies once selected.
7. Updates and contact
This policy is updated when storage technologies or their purposes change. Questions can be sent to info@movara.it or mosrls@pec.cgn.it.
