These terms govern access to the informational website variune.com. They do not replace the separate terms of the projects presented in the ecosystem.

By browsing the website, users agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If a provision is not accepted, the user should stop using the website. These terms do not create a paid service, subscription or agency relationship.
2. Purpose of the website
Variune Studios is the shared studio and ecosystem behind distinct digital products, cloud infrastructure, software and gaming projects. This website presents its identity, principles and relationships. It is not an e-commerce platform and does not itself sell the services of the projects shown.
Information is prepared with reasonable care but may be updated as projects evolve. Unconfirmed statistics, launch dates, customers, features and partnerships are not represented as facts.
3. Permitted use
The website may be read, linked to and used for lawful personal or professional information. Users must not:
- interfere with operation, security or availability;
- attempt unauthorised access, bypass protections or distribute malicious code;
- use marks, copy or assets to imply non-existent approval or partnerships;
- systematically extract or reuse content in breach of applicable rights.
4. Intellectual property
The VARIUNE wordmark, visual identity, layout, original copy and other website materials are protected by applicable law. Access does not transfer a licence or ownership right unless expressly stated.
Project names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the ecosystem. Rights notices can be sent to the operator's contacts.
5. Projects and external links
Ecosystem projects retain their own identities, products, rules and responsibilities. Their websites are governed by the terms and notices published on the destination domain.
External links identify available official websites. Variune checks these references reasonably but does not continuously control third-party content, security or availability.
6. Availability and changes
The website is maintained with reasonable care but may be updated, corrected, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical causes or force majeure. Permanent availability of a particular content version is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on informational content, temporary unavailability or external services outside its control.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law or reduces mandatory rights of consumers, data subjects or other protected users.
8. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Storage technologies are listed in the Cookie Policy. Preferences can be reopened from the footer.
9. Updates, applicable law and contact
Terms may be updated to reflect website or legal changes. The version published with the date above applies; changes are not retroactive unless required by law.
Italian law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory jurisdiction provided by applicable law; in other cases jurisdiction is determined under ordinary rules.
